Detleco, S.A. was born in 1987 as a real estate investment company. Since then, the company has been working on finding and managing strategic properties that maximize the profitability of the group's capital.

Real Estate

At SAOX Real Estate we work to facilitate the process of buying, selling and renting properties. SAOX RE was born in 2014 as the answer to group's growing need to facilitate the promotion of its properties in the Guatemalan market. Currently, it also provides this service to third parties.

COVAH Desarrolladora

COVAH Desarrolladora is dedicated exclusively to real estate development since the beginning of 2013. Among the projects developed is "Vistas de La Paz"; a family housing complex comprised of 68 houses and a social club, located in zone 5 of Guatemala city.
